User Experience Designer

Creates, evaluates, and modifies prototypes to support software application development. Develops user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses. Develops and implements design concepts, with input as to user interface design considerations. Develops and applies software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. Produce specifications describing user interfaces and internal structures for products
+ Establishes requirements for less complex design projects.
+ Works on completing all phases of UX engineering design projects.
+ Works on analysis of processes and delivers results to necessary stakeholders.
+ Analyzes results and recommends solutions.
+ Works on developing expected results on a variety of products.
+ Develops documentation for new projects and reviews previous results.
+ Works with latest technologies and new approaches.
+ Reviews changes or upgrades to existing designs or test.
+ Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions on assignments
+ Ability to deliver high quality work on time
+ Excellent communication skills - in person, written and presenting
+ Self-motivated with a positive attitude
+ Online portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of user-centered design
+ Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Sketch, Illustrator, InVision)

+ Required Education & Experience: Bachelors degree and 2+ years experience
